"I don't usually leave reviews, but my wife and I have a lot to say about this experience. Before deciding where to stay, my wife and I were hesitant about the chaotic hotel market in Shennongjia. After two days of searching, we couldn't find anything we liked. It wasn't until we compared reviews on various platforms that we finally settled on the Crowne Plaza. 1. Regarding transportation, this hotel wasn't the best, but overall, it was acceptable. It was right next to the airport, which was tempting. However, after checking, we found the only direct flight from Guangzhou, which was disappointing. Fortunately, it's very convenient for self-driving trips. 2. After booking at 10:30 PM, my wife called the hotel first. A woman answered the phone. She asked a lot of questions, from directions and transportation to tourist attractions. The person on the other end answered them very attentively and in detail. I felt like she was asking too many questions, and the call was quite long, which seemed to have delayed the hotel. But she was very happy after the call, praising the operator's service and pleasant voice. 3. On the day of departure, we received a call from the hotel. Another woman with a sweet voice politely asked about our travel time, the number of people staying, and whether we were bringing children. By the time we arrived, I was already looking forward to this hotel. 4. Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be absolutely beautiful. The scenery was breathtaking, and it felt a bit like a forgotten paradise. The environment was wonderful. At the entrance, a thin, handsome man took our luggage and politely escorted us to the lobby for check-in. We were checked in by a young woman in a black suit who also went over the route and provided information about the scenic area. My wife asked the woman if it was the one who answered the phone a few days ago. The voice was remarkably similar, and the introduction to the scenic area was the same. They exchanged pleasantries and recognized each other. The receptionist was truly professional, a thumbs up. I glanced at her ID card and saw ”Amn Chen,” a very unique name. 5. The room was beautiful, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The light was bright, the color scheme was harmonious, and it had a very resort-like feel. Upon arrival, room attendant Lysa brought us water and an electric heater. They also kindly reminded us to keep the doors and windows closed at night to prevent insects from getting in. 6. At the Chinese restaurant that evening, Chef Zack Liu's beef was exceptionally tender and fragrant, and my wife and I loved it. The restaurant manager, Lisa, was also very friendly and asked if we had any favorite dishes. She was very considerate and worked with the chef to accommodate our needs. When we checked out, our friend, Xiao Jiang, was also very nice. He asked if I was a member and offered us a discount. The next day, Xiao Luo at the breakfast restaurant was excellent. He showed us to a perfect spot, perfectly framing the sun and the mountain views, perfect for taking photos. I would have taken my camera out earlier. The soy milk in the breakfast spread was delicious, and the bread was excellent. The only downside to the breakfast restaurant was that the tables weren't cleaned promptly, and I saw a lot of jam spilled on them. I hope the restaurant will address this. 7. During our stay, both the lobby and the small garden on the second floor were worth exploring to digest our food. The observation deck outside the lobby bar on the sixth floor truly offers the best views in the hotel, and wide-angle photos with a phone are fantastic. I highly recommend it. 8. On check-out day, AmnChen was again the receptionist. I truly felt the positive energy of this receptionist. My wife and I have traveled extensively, and we rarely encounter such a welcoming receptionist. It may seem like I've said too much, but I'm truly impressed by Shennongjia. The mountains are beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking, and the air is fresh. If I have the chance in the future, I'd really love to find a place like this to retreat to. Shennongjia, we'll be back."

It can be seen that it is a typical early local government reception hotel. The bath water is very large, the towels and bath towels are available, not the one-time, and the balcony with a good view. Maybe it is a long time, and some places are slightly old, especially the carpet can be considered for change. But this preferential price is not demanding."

"The hotel is very new, and the hardware is very competitive among B&Bs in the Shennongjia area: a large space with reasonable design, sufficient floor height, dry and wet separation, ample area on both sides, separate space for clothes and luggage, and a small balcony facing the creek and the passenger terminal. There is a stream outside our window. If you don't mind, it can be used as white noise for sleeping. If you are afraid of noise, it will be no problem if the window is well insulated. The landlady’s service was warm and thoughtful, she helped us arrange our itinerary and introduced reliable chartered drivers. The most important thing is that the lady boss is very good at her craftsmanship. We didn’t want to go out in the evening, so we ordered a local chicken soup with yam, fried potatoes and peppers, bacon with bamboo shoots, and stir-fried wild vegetables. The boss gave me watermelon as a gift. The food was large and delicious. The two large and two small dishes were all on CD 😋 from Dajiu Lake all the way to Muyu Town. This home-cooked meal is an instant hit at internet celebrity restaurants everywhere! On the day I left, I visited several surrounding attractions and came back to have lunch before leaving.
