The front desk staff was very helpful and answered all our questions and issues, going out of their way to resolve practical issues. We were delighted to have dinner at the hotel. While the menu wasn't extensive, it felt like home. The service from the front desk staff, Zhang Cairun, was especially helpful, making me feel like the girl next door. She even taught me how to use the dryer. This is a hotel worth visiting. The hotel facilities and rooms are well-equipped. Thumbs up!
