Bed room does not have air condition. Only the floor air condition in the living room, and one fan to spread the cool air to bedroom.
The facilities look old.
Not provide slipper in room.

카운터 직원분들은 친절하셨으나…고객 응대 및 객실 정비에 조금만 더 신경쓰셨으면 좋겠네요ㅜ
체크인하고 방에 들어가자마자 테라스 문이 고장이라 바람이 불때마다 귀신 소리가 나는데 정비됐다고 판매를 하다니요ㅠ
프론트에 전화하고 기다리는데도 안와서 또 전화했더니 외국인 직원분이 오셔서 고장 확인하고 죄송하다고 말하며 잠시 더 기다려달라고 말하셨는데 그 후에 방 바꿔주러 온 한국 직원분은 그냥 남일인지 키 두고 건너편 룸으로 가시라는 말하고 다른데만 보고 진짜 관심없는 표정…30분이 넘는 시간을 버리면서 계속 기다리기만 했는데 별다른 설명도 없고 이게 맞나요ㅜ
객실은 따뜻하고 리뉴얼돼서 깨끗한 편입니다!
