Gwinnett County Hotels with Pools

I stayed here for one night for a nearby wedding. As such, I didn't spend much time in the hotel. The room was, clean, updated, and spacious. The room rate was reasonable. They have an on-site restaurant and bar, which is convenient since it's a suburban location. I used the on-site laundry, and everything was in good working order. Staff were polite. I didn't have a car, but I noticed there was plenty of surface lot parking. They have a complimentary shuttle at certain hours for trips within a three-mile radius. I came from midtown Atlanta and unfortunately the Marta does not come out that far, but saved some money taking the Marta to Doraville station and catching a cab at the taxi stand. The Lyft ride to the airport the next morning in light traffic was 45 minutes.

There was a wide variety of meals. The service is pretty good. I was surprised that the room was large. This is a hotel I definitely want to use next time.

I have lifetime status and live the brand. This property Che is all the boxes. Yewande checked me in with professionalism, courtesy, hospitality and a great smile. She upgraded me and thanked me for my Elite status. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious. Good WiFi. Good shower, although I re on end putting the dispensers in the shower length wise, not width wise and lower them by 6-10” for people who are shorter. At about 5’, it was still a little high to be pumping, but okay. Otherwise, good property overall, especially with Yewande at check. Lots of restaurants around… and just minutes off the highway.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My first night there I placed my suitcase in the closet which knocked over the ironing board and behind the ironing board was a gigantic empty bottle of Johnnie Walker which was the size of my forearm. Hard to miss if the room had been thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The bathroom was not well laid out and the open shower concept does not work well especially with the wecare notes to hang towels and wash clothes for reuse when the water from the shower runs into the bathroom floor. The bathroom was not the cleanest. My second night there I opened the closet to hang my sweater and a spider jumped out. At checkout, I requested a printed receipt when asked and was not provided with a copy and instead was rushed out with a “it was emailed to you.” This happened after staff asked about my stay and I responded “it was okay.”

My family travelled to Georgia to spend Thanksgiving with my sister who lives there since this was our first Thanksgiving without our Mother who passed away in December 2021. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Latanya at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Shawn, the assistant general manager, blamed us for the hotel mixing up our rooms but later apologized and asked what he could do to accommodate us for our inconvenience. Wanda, the general manager, gave me her card and said I could call her if I had any other concerns. When I called to ask her when the funds that were wrongfully charged to my credit card by the hotel would be reversed, she stated that I would just have to wait. In my opinion she was very rude and unprofessional. She never apologized for how she spoke to me even though she told the corporate office that she would call me directly. Due to this blatant disrespect by the general manager of the hotel, I have no intentions of staying there again.

I live in an American buyer. All facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. Free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby, and every chair in the lobby is well-equipped, which is very suitable for work or meetings. Surprisingly, there are no supermarkets around me, so I went to Wal-Mart, but even if I am alone, it is very useful to take me to Wal-Mart for free. It is strongly recommended to use it for the next visit to the area.

Very quiet location. Staff are nice, Joselyn at the front was super nice. Housekeeping didn't go through your room. Pool is beautiful. Lobby is nice. And it’s SUPER clean and quiet. Will stay again anytime I need a hotel room
