The environment of the hotel is probably good, and the environment of the hotel rooms is good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and sometimes a little water flows out during the shower. The room space is large, and it is no problem to open a 75L. There are 2 sofa chairs to sit on. The hotel is surrounded by more tree space. It's just that Guangming is relatively remote, and can be reached by KTX, airport bus, and subway. The pace of life throughout the day is slow, and it feels a bit like retirement life. If you are tired of playing in Seoul, you can experience retirement life in Li Guangming. Please be careful when taking the Line 1 subway, as the subway schedules vary. Not all subway trains arrive at Guangming Station. The surrounding stores close around 2130, so only convenience stores are open at night. There is a large department store nearby, Lotte Mall, which you can visit. Please pay attention to the store's business hours. The hotel was nice than I expected. The location is great being by the subway/KTX station. There are lots of restaurants nearby. You can also take the airport limousine from the station. It was nice having a daily complimentary beverage at the bar. The breakfast was quite nice too although there could have been more of a fruit selection. Overall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc… One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet. In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far… Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet. Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!

We were watching the Christmas ballad war and stayed in Korea for less than 24 hours, but the hosts took care of us really warmed us up, not only helping us call taxis, but also responding enthusiastically to any questions! Really infinite thanks!

The surrounding area is good and comfortable

I didn't know that the hotel palm iron store was Hotel Blanc, and I kept wandering there, and I asked if I could, and the signboard was Hotel Blanc. Still, I spent a night in a mood when I was in love with the groom. ㅎㅎ The bed mattress was too old, so the spring creaked and it was a bit uncomfortable, but the price was good. ㅋㅋ
