지하 주차장도 잘 통제해주셔서 편안했고

This hotel is clean and no fuss with a fair price. In a good location of Kwangju and looks newly remodeled. Everything had no problems from start to finish. Have no complaints.

청소를 안하시는거 같습니다. 객실 먼지가 엄청 납니다.
내가 본게 정말 맞나 싶었습니다.
어마어마한 먼지 뭉치가 객실을 돌아 다녔습니다.
저희 객실만의 문제인가 해서 다른층 사용하시는 부모님
객실에서도 먼지가 굴러다니고 날라다니는게 눈에 보일 정도
입니다.
그래도 브랜드 호텔이여서 숙박했는데
모텔 보다 못한 청결도/ 인포에서의 서비스
매우 부족해 보였습니다.
예약하실때 참고하세요. 먼지가 매우 많습니다.!!!

전반적으로 만족하지만 화장실 세면대에 양치하려고 물 뱉을때 보이는 안쪽 마감 실리콘에 검정색 곰팡이가 어마어마했어요. 직접적으로 눈에 보이는 곳만 청소하시는 건지 룸 자체는 먼지가 많았어요. 3인 여행이라 싱글, 더블 침대 1개식 있는 방 예약 했습니다. 야구보러 가기 좋은데 너무 더운날 제가 좀 일찍 도착했지만 1시 정도..? 얼리 체크인 안 된다해서 아쉬웠어요 ㅜㅜ 막상 체크인 시간 맞춰서 다시 가니 리셉션 그리 붐비는거 같지도 않았는데 말이죠. 호캉스라는 느낌은 절대 안 나고 비즈니스 또는 야구 보러 가실 때 하루 정도 묵는건 추천입니다.
