Pls work on a more creative layout for the buffet meals. Very mundane spread. Try and introduce a GHAR KA KHANA section akin to Blue Diamond Pune. Housekeeping / Laundry Housekeeping Efficient. Laundry Average. Final Word Grooming of some members of the team needs to be a real focus area. As shared with some office bearers, this dampener has the potential to hit revenue and this is a considered view having heard In summary, this is a team of some contrasts and while that is acceptable to an extent in a new property, it could be counter-productive going forward esp considering the demography of this area. Great Leadership provided by Ms Tanika Taneja as revealed in each of my interactions with her and members of the leadership group. Check in process was quick and smooth, room was clean and hygienic. Suite was very spacious, well furnished and value for money. All staff were polite and courteous. Room service and in room dining were quick to respond to your orders. Food was excellent. Hotel location was in the city centre and also very close to railway station.

A-park is nestled off any significant arterial road inside what can be largely described as a residential neighborhood. The hotel is perfectly suited for a quick trip where you need a spacious room, good linen, air conditioning and a clean bathroom. The housekeeping is acceptable and the boys are willing to help. I didn't need to try the food so can't comment on the kitchen, but they have room service till 10pm. I stayed for 2 nights and if i need to travel to gwalior again, will definitely consider staying at a park.

Over all very good experience, and so nice. Reception peoples and room boys are treated my like a friend. Super food and very tasty.

The hotel is located near to Railway Station as well as in Market Area. Most of the tourist places are nearby. The property is old and renovation work is going on. The rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are ok types, have all the basic things. The hotel staff is cooperative, the property has a restro called Swad which serves delicious food, though little costlier wrt Gwalior. It also has a terrace Restro, having fort view in the night. Overall, a decent stay for short duration.
