Most pathetic experience...found a cockroach in the bathroom..called the reception who said he would send someone right away..waited for 20 minutes but no one came..did not use the bathroom in the night..spoke to the manager in morning for a refund of room rent for deficiency in service and he said go ahead and inform all about it but we cannot refund any amount..pls stay away from such a hotel..

Felt cheated with regards to the room condition. broken curtains, damaged fridge , foul smell, untidy toilet rim, damaged taps, damaged non working power plugs, and flaky walls

Nice place to stay in Gwalior, The people from the hotel were really supportive and cooperative.Room was clean and well maintained. Overall the good place to stay if you are visiting Gwalior for vacation, Solo Trip. Highly Recommended to visit

terrible smell in the room, we found rat 🐀 in the room. smelling lobby carpets and bed linen. staff needs to learn the art of serving in their restaurant!

Very good place to stay with peace of mind and staffs are very good, some how I had forgotten my Wallet in dinning table thanks to staff and they returned to me exactly next moment so you can trust the people's here. Some more thing like room ambience can be improved

The hotel's location is excellent. It is just about 1 km from the railway station if one walks. At the same time, it isn't noisy. It is on a road that is relatively quieter than the others around. The view of the fort is great from some of the rooms and i got see a beautiful sunset from my room. The service of the staff is courteous, extremely helpful and accommodating. Both mr. Sunny and mr. Ranjit parihar were warm, welcoming and polite before booking reservations and while confirming a day before reaching gwalior. I had wanted an early check-in and they very kindly accommodated my request. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Food is good too.
