My recent stay at this hotel was a terrible experience. The location is inconvenient and far from major attractions. The property was not hygienic, with dirty linens and poorly maintained rooms. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, and there was a persistent issue with hot water, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The staff seemed indifferent to complaints and lacked professionalism. The overall environment felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and stress-free stay. It was a truly disappointing experience, and i regret choosing this place.

My visit to Jaypee Hotel was really amazing. One of the staffs 'Sudhiksha' was really helpful and polite. Her service was really nice. The view from the hotel was very pretty plus the atmosphere was also very pleasant. The amenities they provided were nice. Will surely visit again.
