I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Radiance in Gwalior, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The decor had a lovely blend of elegance and modernity, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any queries. The food at the in-house restaurant was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Gwalior specialties, which were a delightful treat! The hotel’s location was also ideal – easily accessible to major attractions in the city, yet peaceful enough to ensure a restful stay. Whether you're visiting Gwalior for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Radiance. It offers great value for money, exceptional service, and a relaxing environment. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

My stay at the hotel was average. The amenities offered were not up to par, and unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. Geyser facility was not there, no in room electric kettle offered even after requesting. On second day after requesting our room was changed to a better one.
