很好，訂的是兩面有窗的房間，可看到芙蓉鎮夜景，服務很好，有車送去芙蓉鎮，又包高鐵接送，真是服務一流，離店送了小禮物！又包早餐，小童超過了1.2 米，還送了早餐。總體五星服務。

作為一個自由的散客，客觀點評一下：酒店免費接送高鐵站與周邊景點，前台的熱情負責（介紹周邊景點及酒店WiFi等），服務方面非常驚艷，同時酒店這個價位在舒適程度和衞生等方面完全有五星級及以上水準，我在湖南住了八天，換了6個酒店，基本都是這個酒店的價位，可以負責地説它是最好的之一。最後，雖然我不是很喜歡茶，但是酒店最後茶葉禮品所包含的至誠至意還是令我非常願意寫這麼多字的好評

The hotel was modern, clean, and nicely located across the river from the Ancient Town, providing an exquisite view during the day and the night. While there are not any restaurants next to the hotel for dinner, it is a short walk across the bridge to the tourist area or a 15 yuan taxi ride. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the high speed train station. The concierge, Zho, could not have been nicer. She organized a rider for me to the Red Rocks National Park, provided me with much needed black coffee for the morning and made sure that I was always comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!
