It was the first time I ate peanut sprouts. When it was served, I thought it was lotus root tips. The crispy taste was very good. The third one was the giant salamander that must be eaten here. I had two methods, hot pot and dry pot. The hot pot one was a bit similar to the crispy Anhui fish in Guangdong, and the dry pot one was more flavorful and fragrant. The breakfast was very nutritious, and there was also giant salamander porridge in it, which was very fresh and sweet. The itinerary for Saturday was to go rafting. There is a Mengdong River rafting nearby. I heard that it is the best rafting in the world. It is quite exciting. It is also my first time rafting. It is quite fun. I was a little tired after rafting. I lay down in the room to rest on Sunday morning. I also took a photo of the light and shadow. When I opened the curtains, I could see the endless green mountains.
