主打一個便宜，衞生一般。位置方便好找，店主有洗衣機可以借用，大前院可曬衣服。長途旅行下來洗曬一下還是不錯的。

衞生間推拉門挺費勁的，馬桶圈裂了，沖不乾淨。沒有熱水器，太陽能熱水不熱…… 電視沒有台，枕頭不乾淨，沒有wifi，沒看到毛巾。晚上睡覺，門口經常有大車，比較吵。

是住過的所有農家院或民宿裏條件最差一家，床單被罩不換，上面很多污漬，衞生間很臟。環境也是糟透了，挨着國道，馬路旁邊，大貨車白天黑夜都一輛輛的穿梭，噪音極大。

這次去沽源玩，本來想訂縣城的經濟型酒店，但是因為訂晚了，想訂的酒店己滿房，衹能訂景區周邊的農家院。實事求是地説，這家農家院設施確實簡陋，衞生條件也不盡人意。但是值得肯定的是，這家飯做得不錯，早餐10元，品種還不少，而且小孩不收費。還有就是院子有挺大的停車場，能停十多輛車。再有就是老闆一家態度很熱情。
