A night booked by an agency with which we are used Request to take into account the gluten-free diet made by the agency When we called the hotel the same evening to tell them what time we would arrive, I I said again a 3rd time that breakfast was SG, the person assured me that there would be what I needed. Arrived around 11:30 p.m., I repeated a 4th time, the hotel had not noted my request. Arriving in the room, we were surprised to see that the ventilation cover had fallen, the lid of the kettle was broken and the tea bags crumpled.... We opened the window and there was a beautiful spider web . The room is quite small, as is the bathroom. For one night it's okay. Free parking. The bedding is ok and as we were to be the only guests on this floor we did not experience any noise. We leave for lunch at 9 a.m. and as we open the door to go out, we come across the person in charge of cleaning who asks us if we are leaving!!!! Um...can we have lunch first???? We go to the breakfast room and we are welcomed by Marc, very friendly to whom I tell a 5th time that he must have SG. There it is a moment of solitude because he does not know, searches and asks me if we made it clear. 5 TIMES !!! After about 10 minutes I found GF lemon madeleines (I don't like that). No GF breads. Nothing is specified, it is in a box with packages of vacuum-packed gingerbreads also but with gluten. Marc was professional, no complaints. But taking into account my allergy should have been taken into account. We are not happy at all with the entire service.
