The banquet is in the same first floor of the room and it’s tooooooooooo noise till the party in the banquet end like 1 u cannot sleep

Bad service, only one plug point so can’t charge more than 1 phone together, one common switch with multiple connections like fan, light !plug. If you switch off, all the associated electrical devices switches off. No one at the counter during early morning check out. Though location is good but overall pathetic experience.

I usually stay to this hotel from last 4 years, i was always happy services, staff is always specially room services, this time wifi was a major issues, have asked multiple times but not resolve was disappointed, hope future they will look into it

Awesome palace was a comfortable place to stay. With its large rooms and strong wifi, i had a good time working and relaxing. Staff from reception, housekeeping and rooms service were quite courteous all *****. Will visit again, for sure

Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious and staffs cordial and prompt. Location is great as it is very near to city center and central plaza. Overall very good. Wud definitely stay again.
