The property has multiple issues.
1. Rooms have cockroach infestation
2. Most Rooms have mold problem.
3. The bar plays loud music. On the day of Holi, the bar started loud music from morning 9 AM.
4. There is no room service, reception, housekeeping at night. We wanted water last night, but we could not get hold of any one after calling 10-15 times. We had to sleep thirsty the whole night.
5. The property is right next to a mosque that plays Azaan in the loudspeaker very early in the morning.
6. We went to talk to the Manager and Mr Paul was very rude and dismissive.
7. Overall the rooms are really small, and not clean at all

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Prag Continental, Guwahati with my family, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From moment we arrived, we greeted with warm hospitality and efficient service, making us feel instantly welcome. The Room were specious, well maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were commendable, ensuring a relaxing and hassle free experience for my family. The ambience was pleasant, food was excellent, staffs are very friendly in total experience was wonderful.

I think this is one of the worst property in Guwahati. The rooms are very shabby. Too many cockroaches are all over the room.

Guwahati being my hometown. I have chosen prag to get the vibes of my childhood and youth. I knew well about the location, amenities and services of this place. And hence went for it. Food was good. Yesterday evening we had an adda and dinner at dawat their restaurant in the first floor. Enjoyed the food n drinks. And the hospitality which is in-built in the people of assam! i

The hotel is located deep inside the Market Area which has narrow roads and limited access.
The hotel was under construction (Facade) and major renovation of Common amenities.
The first room provided to me had broken lock. When complained the Reception (a female) sent a security guard (male) to check the lock to my room. Who dismissed my issues saying "Why you need a lock, you can just close the door"
The dining space was small and compact.
The rooms were dull and damp, the rooms had small windows but couldn't be opened, as they overlooked some old shut buildings and shop roofs , and had insects crawling *****.
There was mould in the cupboard, as well as Lizard coming in our of the exhaust in bathroom.
The staff was not very supportive or helpful and had attitude.

Staff behaviour room service, and conditions are all very awesome and best for. Family stays and couple friendly stay. Both behaviour are also good and cold
