Today’s housekeeping operations ran smoothly with all assigned tasks completed on schedule. A total of 65 rooms were cleaned: 40 stayover rooms received standard refresh service, and 25 checkout rooms were fully cleaned and prepared for new guests. Special attention was given to deep cleaning in five VIP rooms, ensuring premium standards were met. Public areas including the lobby, elevators, and restrooms were cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the shift. Additional care was taken in the gym and pool areas to meet hygiene standards. Linen distribution was adequate, and all floors were restocked with towels and guest amenities. Three maintenance issues were reported: Room 314 (leaky faucet), Room 221 (faulty AC), and the 3rd-floor hallway (light flickering). These were reported to engineering for immediate attention. Team performance was commendable, with excellent cooperation and time management. Special recognition to Ana for assisting with extra rooms and handling a guest request promptly. Overall, the housekeeping department maintained a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction today. All documentation was completed and logged. Preparing for high occupancy tomorrow—team has been briefed.
