I stayed two days in the hotel, On the first day everything was good . Room was clean and good. But on 2nd day the room I got was not clean and mattress was also not that clean. So My rating is good for 1st day only. And I suggest checking the room first before check-in.

There was no water on the room, no intercom facility, even I have to ask for towel which not present in the room.....overall it's not a very good experience

location is nice, tea is awesome, service is fast but not so good since one room I got where geaser wasn't working. beauty from the room is good for the city view.

The Room is Not even properly cleaned, Bed-bugs and cockroaches are found in the room. Room service is very bad as well. Staff behaviour is ok but not pleased.

Location is in paltan bazar, very near to the market. Stuff’s behavior is good. Rooms are pretty clean.

Provide so called complementary breakfast but kitchen facility, restaurant not available in the hotel. Reception taken order with limited option ( only three) and arrange from other roadside dhaba and serve after 30min of taken order.
