I stayed here a week ago for two nights, it was a terrible experience. After viewing 4 rooms, where the smell of cigarette butts and junk reigned, where something always inexplicably did not work (either the light, or the refrigerator, or the window), I was forced to choose a room with a non-closing window, because it stank less. I couldn't cancel the reservation because I paid for everything in advance, believing in the high score of the hotel. As a result, my room smelled like old worn-out shoes, just like the other rooms, and as a bonus, I found that I didn't have hot water. The manager at the reception joked merrily from the very beginning, suggesting that I look for a room elsewhere if I didn't like it here. I should note that he promised to provide me with hot water in three days, exactly on the day of departure. I must say that he played the role of a buffoon very well when I found out the next day that people were coming into my room and rummaging through my things. They didn't know that I always have all my valuables with me: I don't leave them on the table the same way I left the laptop table. The box from the stand was roughly opened and broken. The manager, looking straight into my eyes, assured me that no one had entered my room, forgetting that my bed and the rotting pillows that I had hidden away in the closet on the first day had been put back on my bed. In general, if you want to feel among the slums and thieves, then confidently choose a vacation at this hotel . Only I liked the restaurant. This hotel should be closed for a complete renovation, as it is already falling apart from the inside. If you believe their words, the hotel is already 12 years old. After such an experience, I will no longer trust reviews and high ratings on the booking.
