Service of the hotel is too bad. To request something need to remind at least twice. To order something in the room it takes long time to reach.Spa doesn't have enough therapist. Food provided in the breakfast as very cold and poor quality.

I had a pleasant stay at Greenwood. The staff were polite, very hospitable, and responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, special mention Mr. Krishna. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with soothing lighting and a large window offering a beautiful view of the landscape. I also appreciated Greenwood’s commitment to sustainability—glass water bottles and eco-friendly toiletries are a thoughtful touch. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be to offer a more diverse selection of food and replace the towels, as they seem a bit worn.

Team members are not well trained. They really need good training. They kept forgetting what's ordered and also asked for payment infront of my other guests which was embarassing. Not at all professional. The management has to work on this. Myself being from the same industry could point on all the areas of improvement.

Great infrastructure of the hotel I'd liked it .fooding and lodging were up to the mark.and also the hospitally of the staff was brilliant one of the staff named krishna chetia was very helpfull and supportive.the room in which I have stayed was very clean .I would give 10/10 in hygeine.

Bedsheet were having strains. Hotel boy were coming and asking to pay in between in front of my guest which were very much insulting. Mini bar was not filled for 4 days. Bedsheet was not changed for 4 days. They have charged extra to me and they didnt even consider to reduce it after I complaint to them

Excellent atmosphere and infrastructure.. staffs are Excellent and specially thanks to Mr. Krishna chetia for his valuable efforts and cooperation and his excellent behaviour ..fooding and lodging both are excellent and meet the expectations..a high rating to hotel premises

Excellent warm greetings by Krishna Cheta when I entered the hotel premises he is a polite ***, a Soft spoken person i feel comfortable with this kind of hospitality and this is my first time that I get this kind of hospitality from the staff... Went with friends for dinner. Experience was not at all good in terms of service and food They need to improve on it and work more on service standard Rest everything was okay okay. But will not recommend people. People lacks training and the management can work on it
