Our family had an amazing time at Villa Ela!! The villa was very clean and fully stocked upon arrival. All of our reservations, transportation and car rental were handled prior to arrival by the Eden Rock team. We loved working with Kevin and the ERVR team! They handled everything seamlessly and our family can't wait to go back!

Idealement situer sur l ile , la reputation n est pas usurpé , luxe , quietude , service , et restauration son le " nec plus ultra " , j ai sejourné dans plusieurs hotel de l ile , chacun d eux a sa petite particularité , l " eden " lui a son " Roc k " est sa plage unique , il fait parti de l " embleme " de St Barth " , comme la " Tour Eiffel " de Paris c est tout dire ..!

Our second time renting a villa on St Barts through Eden Rock. On both trips our concierge, Sébastien, made a great trip world class. I don't think we ever waited more than 5 minutes for a response to a text message. No detail was missed. Thank you!

Many years ago, St Barth was a hidden gem. Today it is a lot more "crowded" with visitors, but it is still our happiest place ever we visit. We are blessed to be able to come on an annual basis. Eden Rock is simply exceptional. There is no better service anywhere in the world. You will feel welcome and appreciated. The food, the wine, the accommodations are all wonderful, but it is the people that make it the absolute best. We have now been with a concierge team member named Clement the past few years - he is exceptional. He provides the absolute best service. St. Barths is the most magical island on earth. Yes, it is expensive, but we find it worth every penny. Whether you rent a villa through Eden Rock or stay on property, you will be cared for from start to finish. I am already planning our next visit. Thank you to the entire Eden Rock team. We appreciate you all. JB and Sara

This trip was at the top of our bucket list & exceeded our expectations! Staying at the Eden Rock or one of the Eden Rock Villas is a MUST! Superb dining, service, & ambiance! After visiting all of the beach clubs, we still had our best times at Eden Rock!

This was our 5th villa rental from Eden Rock. From first email with the villa team through the incredibly sad departure date ( and then post visit follow ups), the team is attentive, professional and incredibly responsive. The properties they represent are beautiful and well kept. They have a very high standard for properties and they deliver the experience. Fabrice and the team at the hotel are magnificent - friendly, welcoming and so happy to help. Special shout out to the team on the beach. They are wonderful. As for the concierge, Kevin makes every trip a joy. No request is too much. He is always available to take care of us, our reservations and our questions. We would not enjoy the trip as much if we didn’t have Kevin’s help. He is a gem. Thank you all for another memorable trip.

While in St. Barts we were looking for a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and this didn’t disappoint. The prices are on the higher end, but the food is five-star quality!! Our waiter was very attentive and the ambiance (with a view of the ocean) is all we needed to have a fantastic dinner. I had the lobster ravioli which was cooked to perfection and hubby had the lamb. He paired the lamb with a pistachio broccoli salad… Yummy!!! We were also given some complimentary, artisan, hazelnut chocolates before we left.

We rented an Eden Rock Villa with another couple in February 2025. Service from the start was fantastic! In the weeks leading up to our trip, Tiphanie and the ER concierge team were in contact to offer their assistance in booking dinner reservations, beach chairs, massages, grocery delivery, and even renting a car. The week prior to our arrival, we were introduced to our dedicated concierge, Clement, who ensured everything was prepared for our stay. He was welcoming, cheerful, and super responsive to our messages on WhatsApp, helping to secure last minute beach chairs and sending the spa team out to our villa for massages. He even roused the villa manager to come by late at night when we had accidentally locked ourselves out. Overall the villa was fantastic, but the team at ER made it a memorable experience and allowed us to relax and soak in the beauty of the island.

We have been going to St. Barth’s for 20 years and all but one stay has been with Eden Rock. They are simply the best at delivering on the full experience, whether a villa or staying on property. Service is always impeccable, food amazing and the vibe cool chic. Not stuffy at all, rather fun and comfortable. When we go it feels like home. Shout out to our favorite, Gaultier, for being an amazing Eden Rock assistant to our group. Till next time!
