Extremely sorry hotel. Linen had yellow stains and was not asked at all. Curtains were too surety to be touched. Reception was way too dirty at check-in. Reception boy had no uniform.

My booking was with breakfast and lunch/dinner, i was travel-ling with my 2 kids and 2 adults as per the booking. Lunch was not provided to us and there was no buffet, ultimately we need to pay for the snacks. I have bill for the payment done. Please check and let me know the results.

Nice property neat and clean room. Bathroom is also nice. Staff are friendly. I choked in at 10pm night. Hassle-free. Location is also good near bus stand

No geyser facility in the room and bedsheet and pellow were dirty. And a 2 litre cold drink price is 320 rs per bottle thats too expensive for everyone

I like everything about staying here the staff are good it's just that a little maintenance is needed because when i check in the bedsheet is not that clean no towels provided

I have stayed in Eddison a couple of times now. Everytime i visit gurgaon for business or pleasure i come to this hotel only. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable with a boutique style Interriors. This time i tried there new menu, we had chilly chicken sizzlers and exotic vegetable pizza 🍕. I love there food already but after trying the sizzlers i have become a fan 💖 its a must try. The place is located near sector 14 Gurgaon. If you are vising nearby areas like udyog vihar or sec 14-15-17-18 this is a great option. I recommend this place to all my friends and coworkers. Cheers
