Food Horrible, u cannot have that sambar, I had severe acidity after having that. They dnt have live dosa in the breakfast .
Tea was made so early in the morning they are serving that & that too watery .
We don’t get the room even after coming late at 6pm & confirming over call
Room not worth. Bath towels, & toiletries missing .
The room stinks & there no night lamp or a dim light in the room

Hotel staff is completely uneducated and not proper response, every time calling for small small basic items and no cleaning of room properly, even at the time of snacks, no staff to provide food etc, staff shortage

The stay at indie hotel was okay - they have shortage of manpower and hence any request for service is very slow and they even tend to forget, so need to remind them multiple times. Rooms are spacious but not well maintained - till they are reminded multiple time they only provide 1 towel and 1 set of toiletries in a double occupancy room. Room telephone was not working. Food quality is good but for the high price they charge - quantity is very little. For 1 plate of plain rice, they provide 1 bowl of rice in a small bowl. The location of the hotel is the main reason to stay here else at that price of room and food, one can’t get much better hotels in gurgaon.

i had a terrible experience at this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. the room was in unacceptable condition—there were hair all over the bedding, stains on the bedding, dust on every surface, and an unpleasant odor throughout. it was clear that proper housekeeping had not been done before my arrival. when i brought this up with the staff, at first they changed the room and offered different room but on opening the room, the condition was same. staying in such an unhygienic environment was uncomfortable and frustrating. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were not upto the standard and inf-act there was a foul smell all the time and sepeage issues on the inside wall near the bed. The mattress were in bad condition and on being double occupancy there was no towel or toilteries
