receptionist is not clear and is confusing on call. I called for room availability and asked for price negotiation then she said we have no room and I asked why are you saying yes for availability then she said we have 2 rooms..... strange.....

The hotel is a stone throw away to sikandarpur metro station. The reception and the staff are nice and the rooms are decent. The strategic location of the hotel helps in saving time and commuting.

Location is the only plus point. There were cockroaches in the room! poor room service & pathetic food. Otherwise it's okay. The owner needs to be actively involved.

The hotel was was not well maintained, the door keygaurd not working, every time i have to call for master card, bathoom flush not working, water is dripping from the ac. Finally not worth the money.
