Son bir sene içinde 3. Konaklayışım . Bir çok açıdan fazlasıyla yeterli ve konforlu bir otel . Çalışanları ilgili ve güler yüzlü . Bir sorun olduğunda gemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Yemekler muhteşem , özellikle tekrar tekrar tercih etmemin sebeplerinden biri de yemeklerinin güzelliği. Dağ tarafındaki odalarında geceleri trafik gürültüsü olabiliyor. Havuzları temiz , halk plajı yürüyerek 3-4 dk mesafede ,plajda şezlongları var.

I strongly advise against staying at Kazdağları Allia Thermal Health & Spa! I paid over €800 for a reservation but was unable to travel due to illness. Instead of offering any compromise or even considering a refund, the hotel outright refused to assist in any way. They didn’t even bother to ask for documentation to confirm my situation – they simply don’t care about their guests. This shows a total lack of flexibility and basic human decency. In times of crisis and illness, reputable hotels support their customers. This one, however, seems to focus solely on taking your money without delivering any service. If you value honesty and respect, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Was a 2 night stop for us. Exceeded our expactations. Dinner was great, pool was good as it was a winter season. Staff was excellent and polite. We booked a suite and it was spacious.

Otel yeni, temiz ve konum olarak harika. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Tek sıkıntı yarım pansiyonu kabul ederek gidiyoruz evet ama misafirlerin önemli bir çoğunluğu çocukluydu ve ikindi ihtiyacı çok duyduk. Bunun için bir çay saati mutlaka olmalı.
