We stayed here for a week in a residence-style room. The facility is fairly simple, but it has everything you need for a vacation. I've seen a lot of complaints about the air conditioning being set to a certain temperature, but it's actually the perfect temperature for keeping cool. We had a great time. The pool was truly beautiful, even though we never used it. The waste collection service was very convenient, and it's nice that they pay attention to recycling. The staff was truly kind and always available; we felt very welcome. If we could offer a few small suggestions: perhaps in some of the residence rooms, I'd add a small cabinet in the bathroom to provide a little space to put things down, and I'd also include a pair of scissors in the cutlery drawer. I had a bit of trouble opening food packages with just the knife, but it's manageable. The only small flaw is the excessive cost of sheets and bathroom amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. ♥️

My family and I stayed in mid-July. The experience wasn't the best. They put us in a 40-square-meter apartment on the second floor without an elevator. I had to carry four people's suitcases up four flights of stairs in 30-degree heat, even inside the residence. The air conditioning is inadequate, only cooling the dining area. Entertainment is nonexistent. The bar is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., after which it becomes a dead end. The only positive note is the kindness of the staff, who welcomed us very warmly.

Terrible experience. They even charged us for towels and sheets. The rooms are scorching hot, as there's only one air conditioner set to cool. The apartments are in terrible condition. Avoid.

Terrible, I put one star and I get a message that I'm not even worth that, so you can imagine what kind of people we're talking about. Anyway, it's a shame that it was a waste of money. Three stars seem excessive for a dump like that, and for goodness sake, they even blocked me.
