Hotel very clean, rooms very nice and well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Once you're in the hotel, everything is fine. Apparently getting in is often difficult, including for us, because the check-in machine didn't work at all without help. Thanks to the hotline number on the machine and the very friendly employee at the other end of the line, we got our room card quite quickly and in this case the invoice was sent by email.

Worst Customer Service i received from the lady on the phone.
I sent the email to get a receipt but didn't get any reply.
When inquired on the phone about the invoice i needed, she simply said "i will reply when i read your email"!

Uncomplicated new hotel, clean, inexpensive, lots of parking spaces. Check-in via machine, process always takes a long time. Is it because of the transfer? Tip: Make it clear again which booking number it is. We had received both booking and reservation numbers and it was not entirely clear which one was being requested. For dinner at the Gasthaus Wirt, a 6-minute walk via the train station. Very tasty schnitzels, good prices, fast service, beer garden…
