Unable to stay last minute due to a family illness and subsequent bereavement, motel aware of this and still charge the cancellation fee of a full night ..despite our call and email was told that owners were strict on their cancellation policy ...at least the 5 other hotels that were booked for the previous night and future nights showed us compassion and understanding waiving all charges

For the price, I can honestly say disappointed. Walk into a hot closed up room and find it hard to breath.....for a no smoking room, I would hate to go near the smokers quarters! No A/C turned on for a welcome, The bed even looks like a boat to the naked eye. The other motels in Gunnedah must be terrible if this gets good reviews! Office personnel are excellent, and perhaps need to find a motel that reflects their helpful willing service.

They say "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" so having stayed at this motel previously it was an easy choice to go back this year. Rooms are spacious and clean, Air Con kept us cool on the 40+ degree days. Owners are amazing and would do anything to help. Highly recommend this motel.

All good except for lack of adequate noise insulation in the walls and ceiling. We were in a downstairs room and the noises from the room above us wasn't ideal. Apart from that it was super clean and comfortable...........................

Harvest Lodge is a nice little motel. The rooms are clean, spacious and the staff were friendly.

Emma is a gem!!!
Super friendly staff and after a long day I could do room service and order breakfast for the morning! I travel a lot and not many places offer these services and prices were very fair!!! See ya next time Emma

Nice place to stay. Needed a double bedroom as we were staying with elderly mother. They offered a good layout of two rooms off a lounge room (… oddly, not all accommodation offers this style). We don’t often frequent this area so found this location good and heard no compression breaking of trucks during the night so had a good sleep. Owners were helpful and put on air conditioning for us before arrival and gave good advice on where to eat. No complaints.
