Perfect Management & Outstanding Guest Experience The management is exceptional, and all staff members are incredibly well-trained and courteous, creating a truly remarkable guest experience. The premises are in excellent condition, and the sea is simply beautiful. The team works like a beehive — efficient, harmonious, and full of energy. Breakfast is delicious, with every item carefully selected. The cheeses and all other ingredients are specially sourced with care and attention to quality. The suite rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference and the quality — it only takes 45 minutes to truly notice the level of excellence. Customer experience is clearly the top priority — from guest relations to beach staff, waiters and waitresses, chefs, and reception. Every touchpoint reflects thoughtfulness and professionalism, making it an unforgettable experience. (always smiling staff) Gündoğan is also a fantastic location — peaceful yet perfectly placed between Türkbükü and Yalıkavak. We’ve been coming here for the past nine years or so, and it never disappoints. You can enjoy morning walks along the bay, and the local food scene is excellent. The famous Çakıltaşı restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel and offers a true taste of the region. (recommended for lunch and maybe for dinner-cosy, not luxurious) It’s also worth mentioning that Anda, the hotel’s restaurant, is a great choice for dinner. Evenings at the beach are magical, with music and a DJ who’s been playing here for the last 6–7 years — always delivering the perfect vibe. The sunbeds are very comfortable, and the capacity is just right, ensuring guests have plenty of space and relaxation. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference — it only takes about 45 minutes to sense the high quality and care that defines this place. From guest relations to beach staff, waiters, chefs, and the reception team, every touchpoint is thoughtful and professional. It’s a truly unforgettable experience.

Kez kaldım,tek kelime ile mükemmel,deniz efsane,süprizi yok temiz ve dalga az, şezlonglar, plaj , personel hizmet100, ,arada öğle yemekleri için ideal plaj mutfağı, ve sıkılırsanız gündoğana çok yakın , yürüyerekyemepe gidebilirsiniz ve gezebilirsiniz,çocukların çok olduğu Temmuz dönemi bile hiç sorun olmadı zira bir çok aile Filipinli bakıcısı ile gelmiş ,gürültülü aile yok idi🙈

Özellikle bizimle ilgilenen Zeynep Hanım’a çok teşekkür ederim. Sayesinde şahane bir gün geçirdik. Deniz akvaryum gibi hiç dalga yok. Şezlonglar hepsi çok konforlu yatak şeklinde, dinlenmek ve güneşlenmek için şahane. Yemekler çok lezzetli ve başarılı bir menüsü var. Kısacası Cape Bodrum bizi çok etkiledi ve en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle…

I booked a Turkish Hammam at Cape Bodrum Bluwell Spa for my wife, but the experience was so poorly managed that she walked out without completing the treatment. Staff originally assured me there was time and explained a proper sauna-steam-scrub process, but then rushed her straight to the scrub after just one quick sauna session. It felt careless and unprofessional. When I voiced my concerns, spa management showed no accountability. They’re clearly overbooking and pushing clients through. Not relaxing, not respectful — definitely not worth it.

بصراحة الفندق أبداً ما يستاهل يكون خمس نجوم، النظافة سيئة والخدمة تعبانة، وما يسوا أبداً سعره والأسوأ من كذا موظف الاستقبال (أركان) تعامله جداً سيّئ مع العرب، أسلوبه ما فيه أي احترام. ما أنصح فيه نهائياً. Honestly, this hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. It’s not clean, the service is bad, and it’s definitely not worth the price. The worst part was the receptionist (Arkan) — super rude, especially towards Arab guests. No respect at all. I really don’t recommend this place.

Geçen sene de gittiğim bir oteldi. Özel havuzlu odasında maalesef kurbağa yüzüyordu. Çalışanlar için diyebileceğim bir şey yok ancak profesyonel anlamda otel yönetiminden içimi rahatlatan doğru düzgün bir açıklama alamadık. Havuzların motorunun su aldığı dış kanal borusundan kurbağanın girebileceği söylendi. Araştırdık, yeteri kadar hijyenik önlenler alınan ortamlarda zaten bu hayvanlar barınamazmış. Ancak o kurbağa ne zamandan beri havuzları dolaşıyordu ve de klorun seviyesi ne durumdaydı gibi konular cevapsız kaldı. Sonuç: rahatlayalım diye para verdiğimiz yerde o gece kurdeşen döktüm

The service at the entrance of the hotel and the smell in the lobby were impressive. We received very good attention during our 1-week stay and were very pleased. The location is very close to the center and this gave us the opportunity to travel outside. I would choose this hotel again.
