It was our first stay at this Hotel. We booked two rooms for three persons. Mumbai to Delhi is our regular route . This time we chose via Guna. Although We have stayed in more than 100 Hotels in almost every city of the Country. However, Our stay at this Hotel made us comfortable and easy. Sh. RajeshMishra, Deepak and Pankaj were more than good for us. Although all staff are very courteous and helpful. I am thankful to the Management to have selected such group of staff and officers for running of this property. Food quality is fantastic. Staff at Restaurant deserve commendation. Passage to the room was so unhygienic and so the bathroom! There was water logged and it was very smelly! Even they did change the room but there wasn’t any cleanliness maintained.

location is also good next to the main road so accessibility is also good.

We found our stay at this property was amazing. Starting from location, staff behaviour to food, amenities everything was just wow. Staff was tremendously courteous, willing to go a mile further to make their guest satisfied. Room was good with all necessary amenities. Food served from hotel In-house restaurant was finger licking good, 😋. Overall it was a very pleasant experience staying there. We wish all the best for future endeavor to the Hotel staff.

The staff is unhygienic and rude. The receptionist doesnt fee like moving a finger to please the guests. Very unprofessional.
