Not anymore a golden age for this hotel
I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. I contacted the hotel and asked the to set up the twin beds as a double bed as my partner and I wanted to stay there but when we got to the hotel the twin beds haven’t been set up and still were separated! Our room was at the ground floor and the room balcony faced swimming pool, basically the room was next to crowded swimming pool so I went to reception to ask them to change our room but amazingly I notice the receptionist can’t speak English! She called another colleague who couldn’t speak or understand much English and he promised me to change our room in 24 hours and that never happened.
The hotel location is 40min drive to central Bodrum and the main harbour so you definitely need to rent a car otherwise have to pay 280 to 300 Turkish lira anytime want to go to central as there is not much to see in Gumusluk( hotel location).
The hotel layout and buildings are nice but unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained.
Toilet flush frame in our room was broken as well as the shower head holder, however, I asked them to repair it, but this did not happen. The room service was a disaster and we have to go to the reception anytime we wanted clean towels or toilet paper, sometimes cleaner was coming at 3 or 4 pm to clean the room which I never seen somewhere else before!

Needs some cleaning
If only they focused on the cleaning, the place it's self was good, but the rooms were never cleaned, the floors never mopped the bedding for a full week never changed, and the towels the same, it was very hot last week we needed clean towels had to request them, the ones left on the floor that are your indication that you want new ones were folded and put up again.
There was adults there during the day but at night it was all teenagers and young very young adults running the hotel.
I had emailed prior to booking enquiries made about vegan options assured there was a full menu that would carter for me there was not. There was less than minimal I had to purchase my own non dairy milk.
When I spoke to the chef's and kitchen staff the just shrugged their shoulders no help with it given.
The pool area was lovely, even if the music was blaring Just a bit on the too loud side. The setting is lovely, the beach area is lovely regular shuttle bus service on the hour it is a short walk also, but the rooms and lack of cleaning really let's the place down.
There are no footpaths so you won't be going for any walks in the location.
Local bus service was great very reliable it's 1hr from Bodrum town for 20lira.
The gym while it had 4 treadmills only 1 was working when spoke to staff they just shrugged their shoulders said they didn't know.

Odalar çok eski idi.Bakimsizdi.Voucerda odalarda cay kahve makinesi yaziyor.Yoktu .Soruldu yanlış yazılmış dendi. Odalarda TV ler bozuktu.Sordum ariza var dendi. Odalarda sadece 2 adet su verildi. Ancak voucerda odalarda su servisi yaziyor.Plajda verilen hizmet kotuydu. Havuzlar pisti. Genel olarak memnun kalmadım.Bir daha kalmam kimseye tavsiye etmem

Реально 2 звезды. Отель на горе в километре от моря, на пляж возят. Туристам из России дают настолько убитые номера, каких я уже давно и не видела. Поменять можно только за деньги и на ужасный, но не такой как дают при заселении. Еда нормальная, красивый вид на море с террасы столовой. Пляж так себе, не настолько ужасный как сам отель. Персонал заточен на Турецких туристов. Ну и напоследок, в день отъезда украли 2 зарядки. Не советую.

Otel fiyat performans açısından değerlendirildiğinde ***et güzel ve uygun.calisanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili.yemekleri ***et lezzetli ve çeşitlilik fazla.sadece biraz soğuktu hava Eylül sonuna doğru gittiğimiz için.plaja çok yakın değil ama saat başı servisi var.plaji kum plaj değil.mescit olmasını arzu ederdik sadece.onun dışında herşeyden memnun kaldık ailece.

Ужасное место . Грязь антисанитария . Полотенце не меняют . Номер не убирают . Постель не меняют. Персонал не реагирует. . Воду не приносят . Тапочек и халатов нет . Никому туристы не нужны . Полный ужас. Туалеты не убирают . Посуду не моют ! Грязь !

Merhaba Eylül ayın da 5 gece ailem ile birlikte kaldım. Fyat performans bir hotel Yemekler çok kaliteli,lezzetli ve temiz. tüm şeflerin 🧿ve yardımcı personelin ellerine sağlık. Tek sıkıntı sandalye minderleri çok kirli 😞 Hizmet on numara çalışan çocuklar pire gibi aşkla çalışıyorlar hiç yüzleri düşmüyor ve asılmıyor 🧿 Deniz harika iskeleden giriliyor çok derin değil Deniz otele 800 metre. saat 09:00-18;00 arası saat başı ring var 💯 Plaj da da yiyecek içeçek servisi güzel oradaki tek sıkıntı şezlong minderleri çok çok çok kirli 😢 Otel de Havuz 2 tane biri büyük 140cm den 180 cm doğru derinleşiyor diğeri küçük ve 180cm derinliğin de. Küçük olan çok bulanıktı muhtemelen güneş kremi ile giriliyor o da suyu bulandırıyor orada temizlik biraz zayıf 😔 Animasyon var mı var hep aynı şarkı ve aynı oyunlar Oda da Çarşaf ve havlular güzel temiz yumuşak Otelin en en en kötü yanı oda temizliği 😢fena çok üstten yapılıyor. Bu eksiklikleri göze alırsanız güzel bir tatil geçirirsiniz.

Başlangıç olarak fiyat performans oteli bu mevkide her şey dahil konsepli hem denizi olan hem havuzu olan otel bulamazsınız. Verdiğiniz para kadar ortalama bi hizmet var. Denize sıfır değil ama çok yakın otel her saat başı ücretsiz servis kaldırıyor kendi plajına yürümek isterseniz de 10 dakka suyu gerçekten temiz ( eğer sezon ortası giderseniz yer bulmakta zorluk çekebilirsiniz biz ailemle eylül 11 girişli tatil yaptık hiç sorun yaşamadık) Yemek konusunda türk mutfağı ağırlıklı yemekler olması mutlu etti çeşitleri çok değil ama aç kalmıyorsunuz tatlıları gerçekten iyi. her saat nerdeyse bi şekilde restoranda yemek var . Animasyon ekibi sezon sonu olduğu için yoktu muhtemelen tek bir kişi gördük o da türklerle konuşmuyordu bile 😂 Eski bi animasyoncu olarak söylüyorum bordunuzdaki hiçbir etkinliği yapmıyorsunuz dj kabininde oturmak bana da rahat gelirdi neyseki bi animasyon beklentisiyle gitmediğimiz için sıkıntı olmadı .Bütün yorumlarda olan temizlik sıkıntısı var ama etrafı şey de götürmüyor abartılmış veya biz şanslıydık sanırım odamız iyiydi

Рваные простыни, наволочки, сломанная мебель, неработающий унитаз - создавалось ощущение брошенности отеля хозяином. На пляже места для лежаков мало, все друг на друге сидели. Но вид из окна шикарный, море тёплое. На ресепшне работают толковые люди.
