Just WOW!!
this place is beyond expectations and like a dream.
Super clean, food tastes heavenly and desserts tasted you never tasted anything like it.
I’m already missing my time spent here. Could not fault it.
Peaceful, if you want a romantic time, i went with my sister for some me time and totally loved it.

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food.
Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

Сейчас находимся в отеле семьей 2 взрослых и 2 подростков , последний день пребывания тут. Всё в целом хорошо, живописный маленький отель на горке у моря, хорошо что нам повысили категорию номера, иначе бы наше пребывание тут было омрачено. Мы оформили самый простой семейные номер, нас заселили почти в подвальное помещение, в ушатанный затертый номер для инвалидов, с балконом в бетонную стену,и это при заселении отеля на 10% под конец сезона. Сменили номер на следующую ночь. Номер дали очень хороший, довольны и благодарны за это отелю. Питание в первые 2 дня нашего пребывания было более менее приличным, далее начало уменьшаться в арифметической прогрессии , как нам объяснили в связи с малым количеством гостей. Но уменьшение происходило не то чтобы в количестве, а в ассортименте. Хорошо что мы семьей в целом мало едим, но всё же низкий сезон не должен сказываться на качестве сервиса. В пляжном баре в последние 2 дня нашего присутствия просто не было игристого вина( там именуемом просеко, хотя это всего лишь lambrusko) , чипсы для детей приходилось выпрашивать , были только 1 раз за 5 дней,всё это персонал как будто отрывал от себя, что нам крайне было не понятно в 5 звездах, не зависимо от категории номера. В целом впечатление хорошее, но не превосходное, к сожалению. Повезло с погодой и что было крайне мало людей. Отель красивый, бассейн не подогревается к сожалению, спа зона нормально, но всё работало на половину мощности, бассейн очень холодный. Спорт зал в порядке. вечером в баре были живые выступления, на 5 дней нам отдых понравился, но дольше было бы скучно. Не хватило подогрева бассейна, изысков в питании и приличного итальянского Prosecco.

Очень классный отель! Мы первый раз в Бодруме и прям круто! Отель на крутом склоне, но спроектирован идеально- не чувствуется горки, куча лестниц и удобных переходов Но ножки подкачиваются!) Кормят отлично , сервис ненавязчивый но правильный Все как мило и по уму Команда guest relations всегда готовы решить любую проблему Особенно хотелось поблагодарить Айдану и Мелоди- помогли не раз!

Отдыхали вместе с мамой с 20 по 26 октября 2024г, погода была идеальная, каждый день солнце 25-27 градусов, вода приятно бодрящая, людей было немного, большой выбор разной еды, очень вкусно, много разных блюд, чувствуется заботливое внимание со стороны персонала! Полный восторг, очень красиво и стильно!
