It’s great. It’s the most satisfying hotel during my trip to Turkey. Highly recommended!
The hotel is beautiful, blue and white with bougainvillea, close to the Aegean Sea, and very atmospheric. The room is very large and the balcony is also very large. On the first day of check-in, the room was filled with welcome fruit desserts and a bottle of red wine. It was so sincere!
The breakfast is also great. The restaurant is on the beach. After eating, you can go directly to the beach to bask in the sun. Dry towels and drinks are always ready, which makes it full of romance.
The service staff were warm and friendly. They called us a taxi and helped us communicate with the driver, which saved us a lot of trouble.

Everything was amazing, especially the staff Emir and Serhat (and many more). They were super kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful. Really stunning views and is also very comfortable also being very close to Bodrum old town. Very good stay.

The swim up room was great. It was larg enough for three adults to share. But the best thing was the staff and especially Emir and Serhat they made our stay unforgettable the whole team was so attentive no request was to much. Would highly recommend

Best place ever .. all staff they are careeing about the passengers and it is a beautiful place it super clean and the food are amazing ..they present my baby we check out ( thanks for that even ) ..the breakfast it so delicious and fresh.. Also the have food for babies and kids will be enjoyed..

Karşılamadan itibaren sizi özel hissettiriyorlar. Oda planları, yemekler, temizlik, servis kalitesi, profesyonel ve güleryüzlü ekip, her şey kusursuz. Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaya Palazzo in Bodrum war einfach perfekt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Familienfreundlichkeit. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und hat sich rührend um unser Kind gekümmert – vom Kinderclub mit tollen Aktivitäten bis hin zu kinderfreundlichen Menüs. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und ideal für Familien. Das Highlight war das Frühstück direkt am Meer! Jeden Morgen genossen wir eine riesige Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Speisen, von frischen Früchten, über Pancakes bis zu warmen Köstlichkeiten, alles mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das türkisfarbene Wasser. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und einzigartig. Der Service war ebenfalls herausragend, es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – dieses Hotel hat unseren Familienurlaub unvergesslich gemacht!

Самое лучшее в этом отдыхе — это, конечно, море: невероятно красивое, вода чистейшая, пляж уютный, атмосфера — полное расслабление. Отдельное спасибо персоналу — все были очень доброжелательные и внимательные, создавали ощущение, что о тебе действительно заботятся. Номер у нас был с видом на море — просторный, стильный и очень чистый. Уборку проводили аккуратно и вовремя. Room service тоже порадовал — приносили всё быстро и всегда с улыбкой. Хотелось бы чуть больше разнообразия в меню на обед и ужин.
