It’s great. It’s the most satisfying hotel during my trip to Turkey. Highly recommended!
The hotel is beautiful, blue and white with bougainvillea, close to the Aegean Sea, and very atmospheric. The room is very large and the balcony is also very large. On the first day of check-in, the room was filled with welcome fruit desserts and a bottle of red wine. It was so sincere!
The breakfast is also great. The restaurant is on the beach. After eating, you can go directly to the beach to bask in the sun. Dry towels and drinks are always ready, which makes it full of romance.
The service staff were warm and friendly. They called us a taxi and helped us communicate with the driver, which saved us a lot of trouble.

Довольно неплохо.Отдельное спасибо, русскоговорящей девушке, Александре Отдыхать понравилось там, еда тоже хорошая была.Номера чистые просторные.Интерессное расположение ресторана на пляже создаёт романтическую обстановку.Скорее этот отель подойдёт влюблённым парочкам....Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Balayı çifti olarak çok keyifli 4 gün geçirdik. İlgi alaka üst düzeydi. Misafir ilişkilerinde Serhat bey ilk gün oda değişikliği için bize yardımcı oldu ve ikram jesti için teşekkür ederiz. Plaj konforlu ve hizmet güzel. Plajda Sefa ve Settar bey çok ilgiliydi. Yemek çeşitliliği oldukçe fazlaydı ve lezzet bakımından bizi memnun etti. Restaurant bölümünde Umut, Kemal bey ve diğer tüm personelleri özverili çalışmaları için teşekkür ederiz. Gelen misafirlerin kalitesi de tatilimizin güzel geçmesine bir etken oldu. Otelde plaj ve restaurant bölümüne buggy ile ulaşım sağlanıyor Fakat hizmet çok hızlı dolayısıyla sorun olmadı. Butik ve konforlu konaklama yaşadık. Oda ***et konforlu büyüktü. Oda temizliği günde iki kere yapılıyor. Sonuç olarak biz ***et memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz. Başka bir Kaya otelinde de görüşmek dileğiyle.

Amazing stay at a high-end resort with a stunning private beach. The staff were exceptionally kind and well-prepared, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to Yousuf and his concierge team for driving us up and down the hill with the buggy throughout the day . The attention to detail and the seamless service truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for a luxurious and relaxing getaway! .

Если хотите испортить себе отдых - приезжайте сюда. Менеджмент отеля на уровне 3 звезды максимум. На ресепшен и менеджер Гест Релейшн Александра не могут решить ни один вопрос , на все ответ «такие правила я не могу ни чем помочь». Ранеее заселение даже за деньги - нет такой возможности , спите на диванах на ресепшн . Поздний выезд - только за деньги и только до 14.00. Ответ Александры-«ну у нас такая концепция что все только за деньги». Брали номер самой Высокой категории из оставшихся- а уровень обслуживания максимум 3 звезды. Ресторан всего один работал на весь отель .
