Here now, moved after 2nd day to another hotel, absolutely disgusting I know it's basic and not overly expensive but you expect clean and safe, also manager is a vile creature, my advise is stay well away either don't book or if you already have booked change asap try Tropicana next door

The most happy and most helpful place I have stayed at. All the staff are amazing. This will be our 5 time coming here. I don't think that my sister and I would get the help as they have given us. We told you they are not holiday makers. You are our family, how lovely is that. My sister and I were ill, and they looked after us. Gencay the Chef did an amazing light meal for me when we got out of the clinic. Ibrahim and the other manager help bring my sister to the clinic, I would love to say a big thank you from us both. To all the Staff Octave, Holly, Bill, Jin, Mustafa ChopChop, and many more, you know who you are a BIG thank you and BIG Hugs. A hotel you must visit they greet you like family.

Awful place as soon as you arrive you can smell sewage, when shown our rooms we discovered hairs, blood and what looked like faeces on the sheets and pillows. Hairs and blood on the floor, blood on the curtains. The sofa beds that people were supposed to sleep on had all sorts of stains on them. Showers were filthy. When we complained to reception they said they would send cleaners but it should never have been like that in the first place. Cleaners and staff admitted they wouldn’t sleep on the beds (we have it on video), manager didn’t care and just laughed when we said we were leaving. PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE

Arrived late at night but staff were at desk and party by pool bar was still in full swing. Shown to our room which was right at the top and at the back of hotel about as far as you could be from reception. Room was very basic and smelt like drains. Needs a big refurbishment but was liveable. The apartment was right next to the top pool so was very convenient for daytime lazing and swimming. There was only one glass, no bottle or tin opener and only one plate, so to call it self catering was a push. Where we were would not be suitable for anyone with a disability or walking difficulties as it was a lot of stairs and a fair old distance from the reception. We had a great time though so despite the room needing an upgrade and the lack of facilities for self catering we really did enjoy our stay.

No mention of any charge for air-conditioning on website. When we got to reception ,we were told it would cost 10 euro a night,which would have been a consideration before we booked. Apart from that the complex was fine,towels and sheets changed regularly, apartment cleaned.Good location, close to shops and beach.

Very nice ! Is a hotel with acomodation only ! Room nice , pool nice ! Beach nice ( quite dirty )! But in tge end We have had nice stay! We Will be back! Each day the room was cleaned! Our room was a studio so no kitchen but this was not a problem!! The hotel is very nice with a lot of flowers, very clean for a 3 stars hotel ! Staff friendly.. only the manager had always a sad face..

Stayed for a week for some winter sun. I’ll start with the reception some staff were pleasant but the manager was uninterested in engaging with guests seemed miserable. Bar staff were nice and friendly. Move on to the rooms seems like a lottery if you get a good one. My room had a bad odour reported multiple times to no avail.towels changed every 3 days.beds very hard. Pool was clean and attended too and kept to a high standard. The location is really good short walk to the bar areas and beach is within a stones throw
