Jasmin Beach Hotel

Staff was friendly. However, the room was not clean. The door handle was broken. Flies were at the ceiling of the bathroom. I found also a spider in my bathroom. The bad plug was missing, water was spreading all over the floor due to broken plumbing. The extractor fan of the barbecue at the restaurant seems not to have been cleaned for a long time, oil and other mess are widespread all around the barbecue ceiling. The shower at the pool has no hot water and spreads only cold water.

I love this hotel, ive stayed there 4 times the last being Oct 2024. We are going again in August 2025. The staff are friendly but professional, will help with anything, food is great so much variety there's something for everyone (& they have a kids corner). There are 3 pools, slides & a private beach 3 minute walk from. The gate entrance. The Turkish bath / massage is a must but have it before you get a tan. Would definitely recommend.

Was worried about booking the hotel as it mixed reviews. But from check in to check out it was perfect.. The hotel manager Anne help us with places to eat and what to do with teenagers. She recommended trips and places to take them. The hotel wss clean and close to the beach We already booked for this year you could not getting any one better than a hotel manager like Anne European and Turkish she helps all

Fabulous holiday as always.rece8ption always welcoming very helpful as always. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean .bed is comfy and fresh clean white sheets pillows plump as we like them.our room wad cleaned every day towels changed as well .we always respect the cleaning staff as they do a fab job.we keep our personal belongings in good order as we do not expect the clean staff to pick our stuff off the floor to clean .restaurant has everything from hot to cold dishes we have enjoyed the verity off food from breakfast ,lunch and Dinner never had a problem. They cater for everyone thank you all to the restaurant staff.They have 3 pool terrace pool another little pool very quiet and the main pool.we go to the main pool very clean and looked after by Ramsan he is passionate about his job always a sunbed and towels you get from the spa every morning. Entertainment is fun and enjoyable..Bar staff Turgay great friendl and fun x and his young team he has are polite and very good at there job. Berkan has grown over the year and it was lovey to see he became a manager of bar he's a great person to chat to .he's always may us feel welcome same as Yousel our no1 son, he's very polite and enjoyable to be around .The Beach is on your door step and bars and restaurants are only a walking distance away .cabs are outside if you can't walk too fare .Anne is aways at hand in reception if you have any issues nothing is too small, we have never had any issues for her help only to ask where is nice to eat x.yet again Jasmine Beach thank you for a fabulous holiday everyone can wait to see you in June this year xx
