**A Perfect Getaway!**
Just got back from an amazing stay at this beautiful resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is unreal—the views are absolutely stunning, and the vibe of the place is just so peaceful. Every part of the resort had that perfect touch, from the lush surroundings to the gorgeous beach.
The service was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and really made an effort to make sure I had everything I needed. And let’s talk about the spa—hands down one of the best I’ve been to! The treatments were so relaxing, and the whole experience felt so luxurious.
And having direct access to the beach? That was definitely a highlight. It was so convenient to just walk down to the sand whenever I wanted, whether it was for a morning stroll or a sunset view.
Overall, this place is the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. I left feeling totally refreshed and already looking forward to coming back!

The conditions are average. It is recommended to stay in a newer and more complete all-inclusive hotel. You need to wait for the elevator to go to the restaurant or the beach from the room, or you can choose to take the stairs. It is not convenient for families with children

Limited car park area, if you are not lucky ,you have to pay money for having park area. We used trip application for booking and paid price in advance however hotel management demanded payment, i explained the situation to a few different personnel. Then they finally managed the problem ,during this period we waited 15 minutes in the lobby like a guilty... hotel could say at least sorry for their mistake,it was not warm welcoming and professional approach anyway rest of the lobby cleaning,restaurant and location is good and personnel is helpful apart from lobby register team. If you use ant app for booking, double check must be done before arriving...

The main buildings have been renovated and everything is fine there, as it should be in a Holiday Inn. The other buildings (bungalows) are being restored; no one lives there. The funicular and street elevators also do not work, if this is important to anyone. Beautiful territory, the terraces are surrounded by greenery, everything is in bloom, everything is looked after, huge pine trees, eucalyptus trees, cypress trees, it was very pleasant for us to walk along the stairs and esplanades. If anyone has problems with stairs, please note that there is a terraced layout, stairs are everywhere.

Engelliler ve yaslilar icin kesinlikle kotu bir otel. Sac kremi yerine vucut şampuanı koyan, asansorun muayene tarihi gecmis, oda temizligi iki gunde bir olan, plaja inen asansor isiksiz ve su sesi gelen, genelde de bozuk bir otel. Fakat calisanlar guler yuzlu stajiyetler.

Otel fotoğraflardaki gibi görünmüyor. Çok eski, kesinlikle yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Mesela otelin şu an ki durumunu görsem asla gitmezdim. Çok merdiveni var, odalara ulaşım ya merdiven ile ya da asansör ile sağlanıyor. Asansör çok yavaş. Havlular ve çarşaflar her gün değişiyor ama o kadar eski ki havlular, kirli mi temiz mi belli değil. Yerleri asla temizlemediler. Oda da mini bar vardı, kesinlikle soğuk içecekleri soğutmuyor. Telefon çalışmıyor, resepsiyonu kendi telefonumdan aradım. Çalışanlardan herhangi bir şikayetim yok fakat çalışan sayısı oldukça yetersiz ve çalışanları çok mutsuz gördüm. Yemek yeri çok sıkıntılı, bir teras bir de yemeklerin olduğu restoran kısmı var. Restoran kısmında yemek kokusundan oturulmuyor. Terasta da arılardan yemek yiyemiyorsun. Yeşil satalar düzenli yıkanmamıştı. İçinden salyangoz çıktı. Ama denizi güzeldi, o da otel ile alakalı bi şey değil.

This property has a nice private beach and lovely pool. Good sized rooms with excellent amenities and views. Great value with all meals and drinks inclusive. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. Some maintenance issues with air conditioner and lifts.
