The hotel staff were very unfriendly, we waited almost 2 hours to check in, the lady at reception was unfriendly. The room was supposedly cleaned but there were blood stains on the bed linen. The toilet was dirty. Unfortunately we had to stay for 2 days because we couldn't find another hotel but never again and we We booked rooms with a sea view but didn't see the sea, they don't even have their own beach. You don't have to drive there with service or walk, it takes more than 20 minutes, so it's rubbish

Hotel in need of total renovation, hotel rooms are dirty. No toilet roll. No bed changes. Food is disgusting, they ran out of vodka a few times early on in the day. There was a fire in the hotel (the laundry room) on the first night which was scary. There was one night of entertainment the full week we where there. No idea how it has a 4* rating! Firts and last time in Turkey because of this experience.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. It's generally dirty and neglected. The food is very poor, the apartments look as if they have never been cleaned. Hotel max 2 stars

Do not book hotel. Many people were poorly from the the poor quality and variety of food. Room wasn't cleaned after 5 days even though asked regularly for new towel and toilet rolls. Had to clean bins ourselves. Male staff on reception was very rude when asked for the 3rd time for fresh towels and raised hand to shut up females of family. Very disappointed. Don't believe the rating and description of hotel. Your spend more getting food out. Plus pool is too small for size of hotel and guests. Gets taken over by loud Turkish locals. Not good for young children. Paid to use over hotels pools.
