Food is so delicious, there’s lots of varieties to choose from. The menu is so good… All people in the restaurant are so supportive and good. Specially tiger sir, he is so polite. Regarding stay, room is good and view from the room is so beautiful. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Food and people have our hearts here.

Nice place with beautiful view and just walking distance to gondola ride. The room is clean and quite cozy. The dining crew is friendly and very helpful. The only bad thing is the management. We had booked for 2 nights stay. On the 2nd day, when we returned to the hotel after the gondola ride, we were asked to check out@move out. Reason they gave, they had redundent booking due to miss communication with our agent. Is that how the run business? We refused to move out since we had made the payment and we thought the issue was settle after they discussed with our agent but the staff kept on coming to oir rooms saying rooms service but at night they kept asking my son to move out saying that my son is young and Muslims can tolerate and they need 1 more room for their new guest which are from India. They dont even offer any option to us or pay us back. After argued and warned the staff then only they stop. On the day we check out, the manager was there but had never take the chance to apologize on what happen. Nice place, nice view but bad management. Will not come again at the hotel

So this is my first time ever here in Kashmir, gulmarg and I'm staying in this quite, comfy and cosy resort! Let me start by saying I felt absolutely safe and increasingly welcomed here! The food is great, soups are amazing and they have nice variety! The staff is extremely sweet, humble and generous! The manager, Mr. Khalid is an extraordinarily - a great host, he will help you with everything incase you need to know anything about the place or the transport. Everyone at this resort makes their best-do for you, be it the cook, the supervisor or all the other members of the staff. They are all evenly nice and they try to make you feel like you're home! This resort is also very near to Gandola, you can literally walk - I actually did walk up till there. You can also go for beautiful site views by foot, local market and cafes are also approachable from here!

Great stay at pine palace. Lovely view from the hotel and near Gondola ride. Very cooperative staff always ready to help the customer. Food service is very quick. Rooms are spacious and very neat and clean too. Thanks to Pine Palace Resort Team

Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and centrally heated. Food is awesome and as a solo traveler I felt very safe. Access to hotel is uphill and it may be inconvenient for elderly in absence of a proper pathway. The hotel is fairly priced and comfortable stay with value for money as compared to other accommodations.

I would like to share my experience that the hotel staff are so humble to serve you and the location is good amd my checkin is also super smooth, food quality is superb , all staff polit and helpful, rooms have amazing view , hotel have centralized heating , rooms neet n clean , room service is good , service staff was so helpful

One of the best resort in gulmarg. The receptionist were really helpful and friendly always ready to help and guide you. Mr Manjeet and team is very king and knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. A marvelous experience at a very reasonable price.
