I would like to extend my sincere gratitude on behalf of my clients from Bangalore who recently spent four nights at Hotel Pine Spring Gulmarg. They were very satisfied with the services provided, including the quality of the food, cleanliness, and the front office support. The hotel offered a very friendly atmosphere, and the manager went above and beyond by helping when my client's daughter was injured; he even took her to the hospital. The staff's professionalism and friendliness were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend hotel pine spring gulmarg to everyone for an exceptional experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ping Spring in Gulmarg, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find that the bedsheets in the room were dirty, which was a clear sign of poor housekeeping. The bathroom was equally unwelcoming, with a used shower kit left behind from a previous guest. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available for bathing, and we had to call room service repeatedly to address this issue. The Wi-Fi speed was extremely slow, making it almost unusable, and the heating arrangements were inadequate. The room had only one small heater, which was not enough to keep the space warm in Gulmarg's cold weather. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were polite, and the food quality was good, which slightly improved our overall experience. However, given the issues with cleanliness, amenities, and basic services, this hotel does not match the standards of a 4-star property. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.

Best hotel good ambiance staff are very good very kind hearted. I wl recomend this hotel fie stay in phalgaun and gulmarg. Food is also very tasty to eat. I like th rooms also near an dclean. 24 hours service available. Family stay is recommendable Best hotel

Hotel room and view is nice I have taken 4 rooms and we are 12 person but booking was only for 9 person I don't want extra bed but they forcibly give extra bed and charge rs 6000/- which is very high and expensive they also charge for bon fire the receptionist is not cooperative
