The property is very good, located near major attractions like golf course, skiing, Gondola ride etc.. Rooms r spacious, staff is friendly n helping

They are charges for water bottles also of 47 rupies per small bottles . They are given aro normal waters

I booked super premium room. Further, wrongful charge was there in the dinner bill from restaurant which was changed after pointing out. This is not expected from a property like this. Another thing, there was a noisy boon fire party going on till midnight which was totally unacceptable in a location like this where people go for enjoying serenity. Further, the bonfire, which was happening infront of the main lounge, was not accessible for all the guests. This was again not very welcoming. Property needs to amend its rules and regulations.

The rooms were clean and washrooms were clean with hot water available throughout. The room might feel a bit small due to short ceiling compared to the pictures but definitely cozy. Food was very good, staff were courteous. A good stay

The rooms, quality of food , hospitality of the staff, cleanliness and the location itself is super. I had an injury and the way the staff supported me was something that touched me deep. I stay indebted for the care and hospitality.

Just awesome, specially Kashmiri food is excellent. Staff is always there to help you. From nxt time onwards it will be my family’s one & only stay in Gulmarg.

great experience and staff. food was also great. location is superb, right next to the Gondola. we could walk to the Gondola.
