Courtyard Gulf Shores Craft Farms

I don't want this to be a boring review but this is a long one. I called the hotel the hotel befor arriving and ask to be close to the elevator because of my walking disability was told to put it in my reservation and I did but when I arrived It was not in the reservation and then they said you should have called, but let's move on from that, we got there got checked in went to the room, started to do my usual disinfecting went into the bathroom first thing I seen was hair in the shower on the walls, and the shower floor, I then asked for someone to come and clean the bathroom properly, nobody never came so started to clean it my self, after cleaning the shower went to the toliet and hair was there also and last but not least there was a ponytail holder on the handrail, and I have short curly hair and can't wear ponytail holder.( Pictures are in this review) So I went and got clean and deep clean it my self but I did leave the ponytail just to see of they would remove it( they didn't. So now I decied to pull the sheets back and they had not been changed, so I disnifected the bed went bought my own sheets and a bath mat and a shower liner. The microwave also neede cleaning( pictures of the tissues) I talked to the manager sent her a email she apologize and said they were committed to cleanness and credited me 1 night stay. So I'm not telling you not to stay there just bring cleaning supplies

Very nice location. Around a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Some in walking distance.

Very pretty landscape, nice work upgrading the outdoor area. Very clean hotel

The shower did not have any hot water the night we checked in. There was still no hot water the next morning. The beds were terrible. All four of us woke up with our bodies hurting. Actually felt like we had been beat up in a fight. The furniture in our room was filthy. I’m not so sure this room had been cleaned from the previous people who used the room.

We had some hiccups with our stay only due to we needed more nights because we got rained out of a tournament and they accommodated us

Hotel was great, staff was very fruendly. Hiwever, we paid for a king room but only received 2 doubles. Hotel blamed it on *******.
