This small, 18 unit complex offers a quiet place to relax at the private, salt water pool with attached tiki hut. Rhys' place offers a private grill for guest use, and three private balconies, all with ocean views. The unique floor plan allows for a sitting room downstairs, attached to the full kitchen, with a separate living room upstairs. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen sized bed and smart TV with attached bathroom (tiled shower). The eat in kitchen offers all major appliances including a dishwasher. Attached to the kitchen is a small sitting area with a queen sized sleeper sofa, a large smart TV, and direct access to one of the three balconies. Upstairs you will find a large living area with a smart TV with attached balcony. Down the hall from the living area is the washer and dryer closet and the master bedroom. The master has its own private balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean while laying in the king sized bed. Each stay at Rhys' Place allows the owners to allow a family who has also lost a child unexpectedly to stay in the condo for free.
