A government-issued photo ID will be required for verification before check-in ♥ Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a charge ranging from $100 to $500, depending on any damage caused Pet Rules ♥ No dogs under one year old ♥ No dogs over 30 lbs ♥ A maximum of two dogs allowed ♥ Pet fees: $50 per dog for stays of 2-4 nights and $100 per dog for stays of 5+ nights ♥ Guests must provide their own dog bedding, crate, and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
