Embassy Suites by Hilton Gulf Shores Beach Resort

We stayed at Embassy Suites Gulf Shores for my son’s soccer tournament, and the experience was awful. At 12:39 a.m., my family had to change rooms due to a broken toilet handle and a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod — clear signs the room hadn’t been cleaned. Before moving, we asked Charles to please check the new room to make sure it was clean, and he assured us it was. When we got there, there was a large pile of hair near the shower. Charles and Makayla were both dismissive and uncaring throughout the situation, and there was no manager on site to help. This entire experience was unacceptable, especially from a Hilton property. We won’t be returning to Embassy Suites.

We were here Aug 27-29. We stay in orange beach many times during the year and wanted to try the Embassy Suites recently opened.We were VERY impressed-property was beautiful and well laid out.Beach chairs are included with resort fee and just a close walk across the street Great breakfast-nice pool area with great views-Will definitely return!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. Karly, Debra, and Lauren were very helpful in navigating our way around Gulf Shores. Chrissy the bartender was awesome. The hotel was immaculately clean. Aj in food service was very professional too.

Bianca was very friendly and prompt with our valet service. Very friendly and gave good suggestions for local places for dinner. Give her a raise!

Perfect hotel- reception staff, ambience +decor, amenities, everything. It’s brand new so there’s that. But whoever designed the interior knows what they are doing. I had a balcony and a little sitting room. Nice kitchen amenities-sink, dining table and center table with these cute fancy chairs and TV. It was GORGEOUS!!! I had a view of the beach from the side of the building. The room is separated from the sitting room by a sliding wooden door, the type you find in tropical resorts. The beds were great. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. No extra payment and definitely not the cheap toast and sausage stuff we are now forced to call breakfast. Got a made-to-order omelet. Nice cute tropical resort wardrobe. So many outlets the owner knows today’s traveler definitely has ten things to charge. Nuff said. As for the beach???? Amazing. An expansive beach with space for a lot of people but then the beach is not crowded. You get a free umbrella and two beach chairs by staying at the hotel. Two free drinks per adult at happy hour. Nice outdoor space in front of the hotel to eat at any time of the day with a beautiful open view of the ocean and ocean breeze plus music. I am returning. Thanks to the very cheerful Gen at the reception for making me feel welcome. Walkable space around. Bikes you can rent from the hotel. Did not have the time to rent one because I opted to do the walking. Just a precious experience. I needed it. Will return.
