- 入住時遇到的前台職員黃聰超級熱情，不僅高效辦理手續，還主動幫我介紹附近景點，房間設施，還幫我免費升級了房型，真的驚喜！ 她詳細介紹了酒店設施和周邊推薦，甚至推介了餐廳，服務細緻到讓人感動。
2. 房間奢華又舒適
- 升級後的行政房視野絕佳，浴缸旁邊就是落地窗，位處43樓，可以俯瞰貴陽城市景觀，景觀無阻，超美！
- 床品柔軟，可選軟硬枕頭。
- 浴室配備Lanvin洗護用品，浴缸配備巴黎氣泡水和浴鹽，泡澡體驗一流，出差疲勞瞬間緩解。
3. 地理位置超方便
- 酒店就在市中心，就在亨特City Mall樓上，下樓就能逛街、吃飯。

這次入住索菲特體驗非常棒！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了工作人員的熱情與專業。賓客關係Janice入住前撥打電話📞，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊景點（酒店離甲秀樓真的很近）。客房乾淨整潔，夜景美麗。酒店的服務更是沒得説，工作人員都能做到有求必應，及時滿足我們的各種需求。再次點贊Janice服務貼心熱情，態度親切和藹，讓我們在異鄉也能感受到家的温暖。下次來還會選擇這裏！

地理位置極其優越，各種好吃的都可以在周邊找到。
整體裝修比較老派，確實是跟不上現在的審美了。
床品倒是非常舒適，睡覺睡得很安心。
一句話想吃好睡好，住這是貴陽不錯的選擇
第一天房間信號不太好，酒店快速做出反應進行了房間更換，這點非常掙好感，不好的心情也煙消雲散。危機處理其實主要還是快速釋放用户的不良情緒。
