熱水不熱洗澡給凍的瑟瑟發抖，車庫2米限高，帶車頂箱的開不進去。我朋友房間床單臟的，夜裡找服務員換了一個。今天朋友向我反映房間的洗澡水也是不熱，請問酒店人員知道你們的洗澡水温度嗎
