The room is big enough, but the electric water heater cools down very quickly. One has to take a shower very quickly, and shiver when coming out of the bathroom in cold weather. The air conditioner is powerful enough, but the room is too big, so its effect is reduced. The overall price-performance ratio is still very good. I just contacted the store to replace the water heater so that it is still possible to stay in when it is cold.

You can see that the landlord has put a lot of effort into decorating it. But the overall comfort level is still a little lacking. It was very cold and the air conditioner could hardly heat up the room.
It’s hard to talk about the hygiene aspect, but the obvious result was that after the baby had lived there for two days, his back was covered with small bumps and was very itchy. After we changed hotels, the situation was much better on the second day, and there was no problem on the third day.
The advantage is that it is close to Guiyang Station and can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot.
