One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

This time I came to Guiyang, I had a great stay at Hilton Guiyang! I met Laurie when I checked in, and she helped me arrange a free upgrade and welcome fruit. The room was very comfortable, the environment was good, and it was clean and hygienic. The hotel service was very considerate. Next time I come to Guiyang, I will still choose here!

The hotel is in city center. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by. We booked a family room and enjoyed the two bedroom two bathroom. Love it.

We upgraded our room to the executive floor. Yoro helped us experience the afternoon tea on the executive floor and introduced nearby places to eat and play. The service was very good and very consistent with the brand image of Renaissance. It was a perfect ending to our one-week trip to Guizhou. I will choose Renaissance again when I come to Guiyang next time.

I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn several times before, but this is my first time staying at this one in Guiyang. The front desk service is very good, and they helped upgrade the room because I had a child. I added their butler on WeChat, and the recommended beef in sour soup was really good. Guiyang was very cold these two days, so I stayed in the hotel for a long time. The service was very good, many things were delivered, and there was also midnight snack (but I went to bed early). It is very convenient to go everywhere, and there are a lot of food nearby. It takes only two subway stops to reach Qianling Mountain. There are many strange secret compartments in the room, and it is recommended to use them better. There is no place to hang things in the bathroom. Because the room was not cleaned yet, they said they would upgrade us to another room. The room was red and black, which looked like other people's homes, and I didn't like it very much. Later, they helped me move back to the Muyan room I originally booked. It was much brighter and I could see the Twin Towers.
