I must praise the hotel environment. The floral bedding is very popular. The snack tray, teacups and teapots are very exquisite, and the hair dryer is also great. I am especially grateful to the hotel for picking me up after 9 o'clock after the show. All the staff in the hotel are very warm and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

The room was very spacious, and the large balcony was a perfect place to relax and sip tea on the lounge chair. The large bathtub, complete with a disposable bathtub cover, was especially nice. It was frequently used, and at least it wasn't just for show. The restaurant's architecture was very classical. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but it was delicious and not pre-prepared. The hotel housekeeper was very attentive and proactive in resolving any issues we encountered. Thank you very much!

Ctrip doesn't protect the rights of its guests! The supervisor and the handling department left the matter unresolved! The hotel offered a sincere discount, but Ctrip has been slow to pay and hasn't responded to any phone calls! I won't book a hotel through Ctrip again. Ten minutes before booking, they called, and the guest kept calling while driving. Then, after the booking, there were issues, and they didn't respond for an hour or four. It's atrocious and ineffective. The hotel service was very professional. I'll definitely trust them in the future. They handle issues quickly and decisively, and I feel their empathy. The team is very professional, and the management is excellent.

Very good, very satisfied, the room is big and new, very intelligent, with a smart toilet and a super large bathtub, all very satisfactory! TV programs require payment and there are very few free programs, which is a bit regrettable.
