第二次入住，客房服務還不錯，熱情。特別是工作人員黃曉君，各種詢問入住感受、需要提供的服務。這個時候不得不提一嘴前台的工作人員（是一位男士）就非常一般，辦理入住時就主動説本酒店餐廳味道一般因為換了廚師沒有去年的好吃…，讓本客人瞬間感覺…🤪😂

酒店環境美得像一幅畫，一步一景，庭院設計特別有韻味，私密性也超好。專屬的庭院泡池簡直是點睛之筆，温泉水滑滑的，泡在裏面整個人都放鬆下來，白天看陽光灑在庭院裏，晚上聽着蟲鳴抬頭看星星，舒服到不想走～
最想誇的是管家敏嬋，從入住到離開都特別貼心周到，有求必應還不會讓人覺得打擾，細節處做得特別到位，感覺像在家裡一樣自在。

衞生：個人覺得一般，室外温泉也差，有大石頭孩子容易磕到。
環境：特別的差，外面全都是蚊子和蟲子，還有大蟑螂

非常非常滿意的一次度假！酒店選址背靠桂平西山，依山傍水，周邊的氧離子非常足，早晚徒步在酒店區域讓人瞬間放鬆身心疲倦，景色優美，光是待在酒店裡就是一種療愈。入住的日式房型很有格調，寧靜簡約，配備天然温泉，營造出獨特的度假氛圍，讓人徹底放鬆。早餐也很豐富，也很有特色，比如羅秀米粉，現蒸腸粉無添加現榨的飲品 等都非常棒。
最想點讚的是如樑淑朋服務簡直無可挑剔——細緻、周到、充滿温度，讓人感覺賓至如歸。整體來説整個餐廳服務酒店服務都不錯[呲牙]，
硬件、軟件、環境、絕對是值得五星推薦的優質度假酒店！

我是帶父母和女兒回桂平尋根才找到廣悦尚蟠龍谷酒店的，入住後感覺非常驚艷，硬件好不用講，房間陽台即可泡湯。廣西文旅收購後對工作人員服務意識的培訓也很到位，如羅敏嬋，還主動詢問我回來的時間好設好空調。迎賓水果都擺好，冰箱的冷飲也是不額外收費的。家人們都非常滿意，希望能多吸引一些療養、商務開會等客源，拉抬桂平的知名度。還會再來。

酒店不大，但有三棵百年老樹，200多年的古橋，另外，温泉是真温泉，泡的很舒服。早餐品種過得去，味道可以。遇到的各個工作人員也有禮貌。唯一大問題是，酒店大堂的中餐廳，一，菜做的難吃，二，不捨得開空調，導致有蚊子咬我們，有蚊子，我們提出回房間吃，收錢的人還要加收我的打包費用，見過過分，但這麼過分的，廣西她排第一

大堂設計優雅高級，房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適窗外是鬱鬱葱葱的花園景觀，管家阿嬋服務也很到位。房間有私湯，24小時想泡就泡，冬天有機會再來。
